4 loin pork chops
1 clove garlic
salt & pepper
4potatoes, sliced
2 lg onions
11/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dyr mustard
11/2 tsp. salt

Roll chops in flour
Brown with garlic over med. heat
Place potatoes in baking dish & lay onion rings over chops
Blend sour cream, salt, mustard.
Pour over chops, potatoes & onions
