1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
Ingredient used on back of cake mix box to mix cake but omitting the water and replacing it with coffee.
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Cream Cheese Mixture
1 8oz cream cheese soft
1 egg
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Pre heat oven to 350º.

Mix cake mix according to package directions but omitting the water and replacing it with coffee. Add the teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Mix the cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla extract until well blended. Add the chocolate chips and stir by hand.

Line the cupcake pan with cupcake liners or spray with cooking spray. Fill cupcake liners half way with cake mix and then had a generous spoonful of cream cheese mixture to each cupcake. Bake for approx. 25 minutes depending on your oven.
