1 lb ground beef
1 Pkg. of Taco Seasoning Mix
1 box of Macaroni & Cheese
1 lg. Jar of Salsa
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. frozen or fresh corn
1 can chopped tomatoes drained
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion in a large pan. After the meat is cooked drain the fat off and place the meat and cooked onion back in the pan and mix in the taco seasoning mix according to the package directions. Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package. While the noodles are cooking add the frozen corn, salsa, drained tomatoes to the meat mixture and let it all simmer together. Drain the noodles and put the drain noodles into the meat mixture and add the package of cheese from the macaroni 'n' cheese box to the meat mixture. Add a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and mix all together.

This recipe can be easily doubled and finished in about 30 min or less. I make this often when the girls have practice during the week.
