1/2 lb cranberries 1 cup diced celery or carrots 2 oranges 3 apples 2 cups sugar 2 pkgs cherry jello or raspberry 3 cups boiling water 1.2 cup chopped nuts
Grind cranberries and celery or carrots with unpeeled pranges and apples. Add suager and mix well. Let stand. Dissolve jello in water until partially set. Add cranberry mixture and nuts and chill til firm. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce with mayonaise.
