1 1/ cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
cups finely chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarine, egg & vanilla. Stir in buttermilk. Mix flour, cinnamon, brown sugar and add to creamed mixture. Then stir in fruit. Put in greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350º about 30 - 35 minutes.
