1 pkg chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 c evaporated milk
1 c sugar
24 large marshmallows
14 oz pkg coconut
1 stick butter
2 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Divide equally between two 9x13" pans; bake 20 minutes.

Boil 1 c evaporated milk and 1 c sugar until sugar dissolves. Stir in 24 large marshmallows and one 14 oz pkg coconut. Divide over 2 cakes.

Boil 1/2 c evap. milk, 1 1/2 c sugar and 1 stick butter. Stir in 2 c chocolate chips.

Spread over top.
