1 large can sweet potatoes or 3 c. fresh, cooked
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp Cinnamon

Topping:

1 cup Angel Flake Coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes; if using canned potatoes, drain well. Combine sugar, milk, butter, eggs and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Pour into buttered casserole dish.

Topping: Blend all ingredients, adding melted butter last. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes (30 or 40 minutes if gas oven is used).
