1 large ripe avacado, peeled
1 Ortega Chili, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1/8 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Mash with fork until consistancy of butter. Makes about 2 cups.
