1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup margarine
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 medium stalks celery sliced (1 1/2 c)
3 cups cooked wild rice
3 cups cooked white rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 c sliced green onions, inc. tops

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir almonds in 3 qt sauce pan over medium heat until brown. Remove and reserve. Cook and stir celery and mushrooms in same sauce pan until celery is tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in wild rice, white rice, salt and basil. Cook stirring ocassionally until rice is hot abour 10 minutes. Stir in onions, sprinkle with almonds.
