2 Chicken Breasts, boiled and shredded
1/3 Cup Butter
1 Tbsp. All-Purpose Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1-1/2 Tsp. Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Green Onions, chopped
1/2 Med. Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Tsp. Honey Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp. Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
3 Tbsp. Original BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1-1/2 Cups Vegetables, chopped*
Cooked (steamed) White Rice

*Note: Types of vegetables you can use are broccoli florets, short strips of bell peppers, short strips of thinly sliced carrots, pea pods or your favorites. In a very large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add shredded chicken. Sprinkle all-purpose seasoning over chicken and stir. Add lemon juice, garlic, green onions, and onion, and then stir. Add orange juice, light corn syrup, honey Dijon mustard, teriyaki BBQ sauce, and original BBQ sauce, and then stir. Add water and sugar, and then stir. Cook for about 5 more minutes. Add veggies and cook until veggies are cooked but still a bit crunchy. Serve over white rice. Serves 6.

I prefer Bull’s-Eye brand barbeque sauce and for all purpose seasoning I prefer the Goya brand called “Adobo”.
