1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup HOT water
1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
Beat eggs in small mixer bowl until very thickand lemon colored. Pour eggs into larger mixer bowl and gradually add sugar in. Blend in waser and flavoring slowly, on low speed.
Quickly and throughly blend in the dry ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan, and put in oven immediately. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins. Cool.
