1 qt. prepared mustard
1 qt. ground sweet peppers (red & green)
1 qt. ground cabbage (1 large head)
1 qt. ground onion
1 qt. ground green tomatoes
3 hot (small) peppers, if desired
1 qt. vinegar
3 to 4 c. sugar (to desired taste, I use 3)
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper

Drain all vegetables after grinding. Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Stir constantly as will stick easily. Put into jars and water bath for at least 10 minutes.
