1 can large biscuits 1 lb. ground beef (may use ham, spam, pork or chicken) 4 slices of cheese
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown meat in skillet and season to taste. Roll biscuits flat with rolling pin. Place 1/2 slice of cheese then meat on the biscuit. Fold contents inside biscuit and pinch together the edges to seal. Place biscuit fold side down on pan and place in oven. Cook until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm.
