1 chicken boiled and deboned
1 medium onion chopped
1 rib celery chopped
1 small bell pepper chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/3 of 2 lb. box of Velveeta Jalapeno cheese, cut up
1 large bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste

Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in stick of butter and cook 10 minutes or until tender.
Add soup, Rotel tomatoes and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
Add chicken and seasoning and stir well.
In 3 quart casserole dish, line bottom with Doritos and pour chicken mixture over this. Layer again with Doritos and chicken and top with Doritos and bake until Doritos are golden brown.
