2 cups flour 1 t salt 1 tsp soda 1 cup very warm water 2 tsp Crisco
1 lb hamburger cooked & taco seasoned
Mix flour, salt & soda. Then add water. Kneading working in 2 tsp Crisco. Let stand 15 minutes. Tear into golf ball size pieces . Roll flat about saucer size. Put meat in fold over and pinch edges shut. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Pull open to fill with lettuce, tomato & cheese.
