8 OUNCES OF CRAB MEAT 1/4 CUP GREEN PEPPER (CHOPPED) 1/4 CUP OF CELERY (CHOPPED) 1/4 CUP OF ONION (CHOPPED) 1 STICK OF BUTTER 1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 1 TSP YELLOW MUSTARD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter until soft Add crabmeat, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Grease 6 baking shells with butter. Spoon in mixture and dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot
