1/2 c. butter
4-5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. whipping Cream
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. Wildtree Scampi Blend (this is a garlic blend of spice that you have to order from Wildtree)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Make a roux by melting the butter and mixing with the flour, stir the roux into the milk and cream mixture. Cook until thick. Serve over rice or chicken. I sometimes add chopped up or shredded chicken. My mom likes to add shrimp and use this as a shrimp scampi dish.
