1/4 cup olive oil
1 sm onion
1 carrot
1/2 parsnip
1 stalk of celery w/leaves
1 leek (optional)
3 pcs of tilapia
Mrs. Dash
2 tbsps parsley
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tspn paprika
1 tsp flour
2 tsp vegeta
3 tbsp Fant for Riblja Corba (sold at Beograd Meat Market)

- Saute vegetables until soft.
- Cut up the tilapia in squares and saute with veggies, add salt and Mrs. Dash and saute for about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce.
- In a separate pan boil 6-7 cups of water and add the Vegeta to the water. Once the water reaches the boiling point add it to the fish and veggie mixture and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
- Dilute 3 tbsp of Fant for Riblja Corba in a small cup. Once diluted add it to the fish/veggie mix.
- In a separate pan, heat up 3 tbsp of olive oil, once hot add 1/2 tsp paprika and 1 tsp of flour. Once mixed add to fish/veggie mix.
- Let all ingredients cook for about 10 minutes and add the parsley at the end.

Have lemon on hand to make the corba a little bit sour - to taste of course....
