1 1/4 Cups whole wheat flour
2 T. sugar
2T. baking powder
Handful of shelled pecans
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
few T. butter
Maple Syrup and bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Place a BIG skillet or griddle, lightly greased with butter on the stove top on med. heat.

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, pecans. Combine egg milk and add all at once to the flour mixture, stir until blended but still a little lumpy.

Using a ladle or big spoon, (1/4 measuring cup works really well)scoop up batter and put it on the greased skillet. Cook until bubbles form then flip and cook again for just a few more minutes until golden brown

Serve them HOT with maple syrup and bananas!
