3 c.cornbread, crumbled
2 1/2 c. crumbled day old bread
4-5 c. turkey or chicken broth
2-3 eggs
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. butter
1 large onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
sage & poultry seasoning to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions & celery in butter. Add to cornbread and white bread. Add eggs and turkey broth and mix well to the consistency of cake batter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
