1 Cup Mayonaise
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Soy Sauce
Little Sugar
Little lemon juice
1 Head of broccoli
1 Can sliced water chestnuts
small jar of pimentos
1 can mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Make marinade with first five ingredients. Cut broccoli florets off into small pieces and add to marinade. Add water chestnuts, pimento and mushrooms. Can be kept for one week. Drain marinade before serving.
