1 Lb. Sharp Sausage (or milder if you don't like it hot)
10 oz. Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheese, grated
3 Cups Bisquick

Mix well and roll into small balls.

Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
