2 T butter
2 c fresh corn, cut from cob
3 med tomatoes, peeled and cubed
4 small yellow squash, sliced
1 t salt
3/4 t dried oregano
1/2 t sugar
1/4 t pepper

Saute onion in butter in a Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
