Three 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
4 egg whites
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla

Topping:
2 c sour cream
2 T sugar
1/2 t vanilla

1/3 c shaved almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese well to soften. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in sugar. Combine sugar and egg whites with cream cheese. Add vanilla.

Pour into pie pan, buttered, dusted with crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

After baking spread with topping mixture of sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

Sprinkle shaved almonds, blanched, on top.

Bake 5 minutes longer at 475.

Chill for several hours.
