l pkg. yellow rice
1 can mexicorn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
1 cup shredded sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions on package. When rice is done, add butter, corn(with liquid included) and soup. Pour into casserole dish, bake for approx. 20min. uncovered at 350 . Add cheese and return to oven to melt.
