1 - 15 oz. can DRAINED black-eyed peas 1/4 C. ( 2 ) thinly sliced green onions 1/4 C. finely chopped red sweet pepper 2 cloves garlic; minced 2 TBL. cooking oil 2 TBL. apple cider vinegar 1 - 2 jalapenos; chopped up 1/4 tsp. black pepper dash salt crackers or tortilla chips for dipping
In a medium sized bowl, combine the black-eyed peas, green onions, sweet peppers, garlic, oil, vinegar, jalapenos, black pepper, & salt. Cover & chill overnight. Serve with crackers &/or tortilla chips
