1 1/2 tablespoons Hellmann'sŪ Mayonnaise, low sodium
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon bread crumbs, plain
1 pound chicken breast, boneless/skinless, raw

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Chop spinach. 3. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken. 4. On baking sheet, arrange chicken, then evenly top with mayonnaise mixture. 5. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
