1 pound lean ground turkey
3 tablespoons onions, green
2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 teaspoon Lawry'sŪ Garlic Powder with Parsley
1/4 teaspoon Lawry'sŪ Seasoned Pepper
1 onion, red, medium
2 teaspoons BertolliŪ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 pieces American cheese, low-fat
4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Directions:
1. Cut onion into 4 slices. 2. In large bowl, combine turkey, green onion, soy sauce, Garlic Powder and Seasoned Pepper; shape into 4 patties. Spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. 3. Evenly brush onion with Olive Oil. Grill or broil onion and burgers, turning once, 10 minutes or until burgers are thoroughly cooked and onion is tender. 4. Top burgers with cheese and cook until cheese is melted. On rolls, arrange burgers, then top with onion.
