2 - 3 lbs Hamburger
1 sm onion or onion powder
salt & pepper
3-4 potatoes pared and cut into bite size pcs
1/2 small box spaghetti
1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
dash sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger, onions, salt and pepper.
Drain grease.

In large heavy pan boil potatoes with water until tender. Add spaghetti to potato's and water, simmer until spaghetti is tender. Add hamburger mix and the tomato paste, and sugar. Add more water if needed. Season to taste and simmer for about 20 more minutes until thickened.
