3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp clove
2 Lg. eggs
1 15oz Libby Pumpkin (plain)
1 12oz evaporated milk (Carnation)
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
(deep dish 4 c volume)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all accept milk. Blend well, Add milk slowly, continue to blend. pour into shell.

Bake in center of oven at 425 for 15 min.
Then turn oven down to 350 and continue to bake for 40-50 minutes until the center is set. Knife blade inserted comes out clean.

Cool and Refrigerate

This was the original recipe I use to fix for my Father when I was a teen. He like pie crust made with lard. We omit that now.
