18 ears sweet corn - cut off cobs
1 quart water (hot)
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 T salt
6 pint size freezer bags

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all in large heavy kettle. Simmer for 5-7 min. Stirring occasionally. Cool - Spoon into freezer bags; let set to come to room temperature. Store in freezer. 4-6 months
