2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. green grapes, halved
1/2 c. snow peas
2-3 c. torn spinach
3/4 c. sliced celery
3 oz.(or more) corkscrew pasta, cooked
1/2 lrg. cucumber, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1 jar marinated artichokes
Dressing: 1/4 c. veg. oil, 1/8 c. sugar, 1 T. white, wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. onion, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 T. minced, fresh parsley

Mix all ingredients together. Mix dressing separately and pour over salad.
