70 ounces onions, frozen / chopped
50 ounces green peppers, frozen / chopped
130 ounces tomatoes, canned, peeled & chopped
3 cups white vinegar
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon celery seed
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon black pepper
5 cups brown sugar
4 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons Ginger

Cook in 325 oven for 2 hours or Cook in 325 oven for 12 hours - makes it extra thick !
Makes 18 Pints x 32 tablespoons/pint = 576 tablespoons
