18 oz. Pilsbury sugar cookie dough (roll)
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar, plus
2 T powdered sugar
can crushed pineapple (20 oz) (drained)
strawberries, grapes, blueberry's. kiwi banana, mandarin oranges (sliced) or your choice
2-3 of the above fruit's

Preheat oven 350º

Press dough onto large cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. until golden brown. Cool.
Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar and pineapple until blended well and creamy.
Spread onto cookie.
Slice fruit's thinly, arrange on cookie, sprinkle with powdered sugar.. Refrigerate.

Can use fruit fresh to keep (fruit) from browning or use a glaze of pineapple juice and corn starch to coat the fruit. (Cooked over the stove until thick.)
