4 large potatoes
16 oz. fat free cottage cheese
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup low fat cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes. Preheat oven to 400. Halve potatoes and scoop out insides leaving 1/4" shell. Mash potatoes with cottage cheese. Stir in ham and cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Spoon into shells. Bake 20 minutes.
