1 pkg cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 tbsp half & half
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp pepper
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Beat cream cheese and half & half. Add seasonings and blend. Stir in eggs cover and chill. Spread on crackers, cocktail rye or use as filling for sandwiches or celery sticks.
