2 c. finely crushed Oreos (about 24 cookies)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 c. semi-chocolate chips
1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly in the bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Pour evenly over the prepared crust. Top with nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store tighly covered at room temperature.
