1 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp salt
sugar and cinnamon mixture

Directions:

Combine first 8 ingredients, chill, drop rounded tsp. on greased pan and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon

Bake 8-10 minutes on 350
