1 tbsp vinegar

1 1/4 cup shortening
3 cups floor
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
hand mix flour, shortening and salt
combine egg, water, and vinegar then slowly add to flour mixture.

(This recipe works better if the shortening is a little warm)
