4 Veal shanks dusted with flour
1/2 c. red wine
2 shallots
4 heads of garlic
1/2 t. rosemary
1 t. basil
Olives, mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
When braised add juice and zest of 1 lemon.
Cover with chicken stock and cook covered in 350
degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
