Cook ribs 1 hour and 45 mins. Dad keeps the ribs in the liquid and lets cool , then puts in frig overnight. Next day skim off fat. Save 1/2 cup of liquid for rib sauce (can freeze the rest for future barbecue sauce). Take ribs out of pot, put on cookie sheet and refrigerate until ready to barbecue. When ready to grill, dip ribs in sauce and put on grill. Occasionally baste. Remember that they were pre-cooked so just heat them up on grill..(Do not overcook)
