1 c shorting 1 c brown sugar 1 c white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1 c chopped fruit flavored gum drops 1 c nuts chopped 2 1/2 c flour 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 c coconut i c rolled oats
Mix well and make into two rolls .wrap in waxpaper. Let stand at least 12 hours in ice box. Slice thin and bake at 350 º
