2 TSP. VANILLA
2 2/3 CUP FLOUR
2/3 CUP SUGAR
4 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1 TSP. SALT
2 T. SHORTENING, MELTED AND COOLED

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT EGGS, ADD MILK AND VANILLA, MIXING WELL..ADD
SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX TO BLEND (DO NOT
BEAT) STIR IN COOLED SHORTENING.. DROP BY
TEASPOONFULS INTO HOT GREASE. REMOVE WHEN LIGHTLY BROWNED AND ROLL IN SUGAR.
