6 potatoes, pared and quartered 3 T. butter 2 c. diced cabbage 6 green onions 1/2 c. hot milk
Bring potatoes to a boil and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. While potatoes are cooking, saute cabbage and diced green onions in butter over low heat for 5 minutes or until tender. Mash potatoes with hot milk and stir in cabbage mixture.
