4 Oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse white kidney beans. Combine all ingredients in a food
processor until smooth. Serve with pita bread or assorted
crudites.
