1 pkg. (16 oz.) bow tie pasta
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. broccoli florets
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. diced cucumber
1c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Dressing:
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1.2 c. sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain. Place in a large bowl; add cheese broccoli, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and onions. In a blender, combine vinegar, sugar, garlic, onion, mustard and salt; gradually add oil, blending untio smooth. Add poppy seeds. Pour over pasta mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
