3 tbsp corn starch
1 1/2 lemons
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add juice of lemons, add beaten egg yolks, then boiling water. Cook until thick. Pour into baked prepared pie shell. Top with meringue if you like.
