1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers (54)
1/2 stick butter
1/2 gallon lime sherbet
8 oz CoolWhip

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble crackers and mix with butter. Press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 for 5 minutes. Set aside and cool. Mix togher the softened sherbet and cool whip. Pour on top and sprinkle with remaining crackers. Freeze.
