4 cups sauerkraut, drained and rinsed 1 tsp caraway seed 1 can corned beef cut into 6 slices 1/2 cup thousand island dressing 1 4 oz pkg swiss cheese 2 slices rye bread toasted and cubed
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread kraut in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle on caraway seed. Arrange corned beef slices on top. Spoon on dressing. Place slice of chees on each corned beef, sprinkle bread cubes. Bake 20 minutes until hot.
