3/4 TO 1 BOX OF FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH, CUT
FINER
2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
1 CAN GREAT NORTHERN BEANS WITH LIQUID

BROWN SAUSAGE. ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS WITH THE SAUSAGE BEING LAST IN A LARGE SOUP POT. (SUBSTITUTIONS CAN BE MADE; SUCH AS
USING BEANS USE PASTA,DICED POTATOES OR
TORTELLINI..OR YOU CAN ALSO ADD VEGETABLES TO
MAKE IT MORE LIKE MINESTRONE)
SERVE WITH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE ON TOP OF
SOUP WHEN IN BOWL.
